    Xbox Profile Tenure Down 5 Years?!?

    I reached my 10 years of Xbox live and just recently see that my profile just went down 5 years and shows me only having live for 5 Years

    Whats going on? I already tried to delete and redownload my profile and that didnt do anything.

    A lot of people are having the same problem. There seems to be an issue on Microsofts end. They're apparently working on the issue. Check under the service alerts.
