    my years are not showing anymore in the gold section on my x1 .


    It used to say 8 years but now there is nothing , was this taken away with the new update a few days ago or is it just another problem like all the gamer pics not loading or activity page cant load at this time and those are bad enough because they happen
    daily but it seems that there are so many little issues on the x1 interface . Also the store is horrible putting up saints row , 4 days before release lol , i already had it downloaded on my other console 3 weeks ago and the store is so plain there is no
    info for any upcoming games its crazy . games just show up like that running game that just released last week it just appears with no info i already know what i amgoing to buy on psn in 3 weeks because there store has information and you can look it up online
    but not for the x1 its like you guys have some kind of contract were the games cant be mentioned or told about until release . . Please look at the compititon there store is packed with stuff and info .

    Tenure will not update

    My tenure no longer shows on my X1 profile. Shows as the correct 6 years on my 360 profile though. Noticed it not showing in X1 a few weeks back but no one can give me a reason why. They said my gold must have lapsed yet I renew my gold same time each year
    even before it expires.

    Under my subscriptions on X1 it still shows gold valid until 11/15 but not showing on profile. Any reason why or how to fix? Already did multiple power cycles and recoveries as well.

    Extending an Xbox Live subscription

    How do I extend my Xbox Live Gold subscription? There used to be an option in the membership section on the Xbox One, but now it's not there. I even looked at my Microsoft account online and it's not showing. Is that not an available option anymore?

    try a full shut down, disconnect power and restart, this may fix the issue.

    I have already tryed that and nothing and now it is reinstalling two games i pre downloaded all over again , i am fed up with this console i dont have the bandwith to waste because there mistake .

    Why are Games missing after I have purchased on Games with Gold for free?

    I have the same problem. Can not play the games, but the games show in my games list, that I own them. My Gold membership is still active. Please help.
    Mine no longer show up in my games list. Since the seperation of owned games and games with gold showing in different sections they no longer show up.

    They do show on my download history but now the same titles I click on from Xbox Live Gold from previous years are not showing available to download anymore. Xbox say you own them forever. What gives?
