My Xbox One Live Gold subscription was canceled

On May 31 I bought 1-year Live Gold by Xbox One. I played Titanfall usually at night. Yesterday, June 1, when I try to play Titanfall again, my signature was gone. I received 2 emails from Microsoft, 1 confirming the signature and the other the
next day canceling my subscription. I do not understand anything.

Problems with my gold signature

Hi

I have the following problem with my gold signature:

When I try to download the free gold game it shows me that I have to buy a gold signature first, the problem is I have a gold signature (that was renewed this month, I have an one year subscription that is automatically renewed).

Can Microsoft support help me?

well I dont really care it was $50 bucks for a year of xbox live for me and my son the way I had it worked out with 2 other family members, now it will be $120 for the same year....$70 more bucks or $10/month for 2 xbox live gold accounts...not really a
big deal to me...if you cannot afford $10/month for 2 gold accounts then gaming shouldnt be a hobby you need try to entertain.

hi, until yesterday i'm playing in live gold, but today e can´t play anymore because my Xbox one don´t recognize my signature. Ask me for a new signature, but in my Microsoft account my live gold just expire in 2015, you guys know what happen´s?

Hi,

I got it a Xbox 360 and I tried make the signature of a month Xbox Live, but on the first time something happened and not work, so I tried again but I put for 12 months and work and was debited of my Credit Card, after 2 month was debited again one month
of my Credit Card, How can I fix this?
