My year 1 operators on R6S disappeared. Any fix?

Months ago, my operators stayed but i made a new account and all of a sudden, my operators weren’t there. Then i made multiple other accounts and still, they did not appear. I read a few others who had the same question and the answers were “hard reset”
“reinstall” “restart” but they all said it did not work. Also the reviews on the xbox store with year 1 operator package is 1.9/5 and 90% of the reviews say that the operators weren’t there. Seems like this problems has been there since 2018.

Same thing here i got year 1 year 2 operators on r6 siege downloaded the dlc but no in game content

Hey dude! No need to contact phone support! I did a little digging on this account and I'm seeing that it's actually a few months shy of that 1 Tenure- so the previous tenure was incorrect, and this one is correct. As you keep the account Gold, it should
roll back up to 1 as time passes.

My year 1 operators on R6S disappeared. Any fix?
