Aside from that, you can try going into the "Manage game" section by pressing start on Xenoverse 2. Check for any content to install from there.

power cycle of the console. If so you can
uninstall and reinstall your profile. This will have the game sync and may get your latest save.

I send a email to them 30min ago and not getting a reply are you sure there no other way?
