    Please check that your controller is updated by using the "Xbox Accessories" app, which you can download from your console or PC.

    Additionally, check if you can pair it wirelessly to another device; you could try a smartphone.

    My controllers both just lost connection some days ago and it wont find the xbox anymore.

    Ive tryed all the help stuff nothing works.

    they do work if i plug in a cable. but i want wireless =/

    I have the answer it states at the xbox website “The Xbox Elite Wireless Controller is also compatible with PCs running Windows 7 or later versions. To connect the controller to a PC, use the included
