My xboxone (already changed) is always noisy and occasionally freeze

la xbox, car je trouvé encore qu'elle faisait du bruit, mais que je décidais de la garder jusqu'a ce que je puisse vraiment comparé 2 xbox. Nous somme aujourd'*** en janvier, je vis avec mon frère, lui aussi acheter une xboxone, mais d'occasion a un particulier,
celle ci a plus d'un an d'utilisation, et comprenez qu'elle fut pâs ma surprise de constater que cette derniere fonctionné mieux que la mienne ... Moins bruyante et aucun "frise" pour lui. Ma console actuellement lorsque je l'allume (rien d'autre, pas de connexion
etc), elle fait un bruit prononcé de disque dure ainsi que de ventilateur pendant 5 bonne minutes avant de s'arréter (j'utilise le mode économie d'energie car sinon bruyante meme éteinte). Et ensuite, lors de son utilisation le bruit s'accentue et il m'arrive
en ce moment de "frisé" 2 a 3 fois par semaine ne me laissant comme choix que d'éteindre la console. J'ai éssayé la console sur plusieur prise, rien n'y fait c'est toujours pareil. J'utilise ma console minimum 4 6 heures par jours, alors ma question ai que
doit je faire pour avoir une xbox qui fonctionne parfaitement ? Est il possible d'en avoir une neuve (comme celle que je vous ai envoyer a la base) au lieu d'une reconditionné qui ne fonctionnera pas bien ? Est il possible, avec un rajout d'argents de ma part
d'acheter un pack xboxone elite ?

How to install game from dvd on hdd?

Hi

Can you help me with how I can install my games on xbox hdd? I gather that (although dvd is always necessary for playing) when it's copied to hdd, it is quicker and less noisy.

And one more question - is it possible to set up somewhere automatic skipping all the tutorials when games changed?

Xbox One Wont Power On

same here my console wont load although occasionally it loads up the xbox one logo and freezes.

 

I try chat with support for 2 hours, 4 discution open, almost no response and then déconexion's chat.
