    Kinect stopped working - Kinect Unplugged status

    Hey guys, so we got out Xbox One Day One edition and the Kinect was working totally fine. All of the sudden today in the middle of my hubby playing Battlefield, the Kinect just stopped working mid-game. It was showing that the Kinect was unplugged up in the upper right hand corner of the dashboard. It wasn't unplugged, he tried turning the system off and back on, Unplugging and plugging everything back in, everything he could think of and nothing seemed to fix it. He did some research and it seems that this is affecting Day One systems for some reason, and not all of them at that.

    He ended up calling Microsoft at 1-800-4MY-XBOX. They are sending a new Kinect out to us right away and we have to send ours back to them. So if this happens to you, just skip all of the troubleshooting and call Microsoft. This is a known issue and they will hook you up with a replacement ASAP!

    This has actually has happened to my old xbox 360, it may just be getting old or has collected so much dust or you have played it so much that it is burning out. My suggestion would be to call Microsoft, 1-800-4-my-xbox

    (1-800-469-9269). They may have you send in your Xbox360, and if it's still under warranty, they can either send you a new xbox360 or fix your xbox360. And for your time, you will get a free Gold Membership. I hope they can fix your problem because it could
    possibly be beyond repair. Have a nice day.

    Xbox one mic permanently on mute - tried everything - please help

    Same problem here. I tested the mic and headphones on my laptop and works fine. Seems this is an XBOX software issue that needs to be addressed ASAP.

    Mine is only 8 months old so I will call Support and if they can not help get this one fixed then Microsoft can send me a new one.
