Hello my xbox 360 games are not showing up on the official xbox webpage and when it use to, I had to click on my games, XBOX 360, over 4 times before it would show and it said no match

my xbox360 games that I bought at the XBOX live market place is not showing up in my profile under my games section at the official webpage ? they used to show up fine and now there not showing up ? dose anyone have a solution I tried to reset my web browers
and restarted my moden. and routter plus restart my PC ?

Achievement Issues

Having Issues with Achievements showing up on My Achievement Game List, Whole Games are Missing? Why? This seemed to happen when you went to the New Web Page for Xbox One? Please Help.

Hi, they are not showing up on mine either. Microsoft have either removed them from the page or it's just a bug with the webpage.

Does this occur when accessing the built-in browser Internet Explorer?

Or is this an issue when accessing the home page of the dashboard?

We suggest to try clearing the system cache, the process of doing so is:

On your console, go to settings, and then select System.

Select Storage, and then select your storage device.

Select System Items.

Select Marketplace System Data.

Select Delete.

Clear your Xbox 360 system cache.

Restart your console.

Go back to Download History and try
downloading the item again.

Let us know if this works!

I have the same problem i was referred to the xbox360 support page and also tried live chat with x360 support centre -------who again guided me to the web link, there is some setting to be changed in the NAT page of the zyxel router web interface and select
port 80, 53 and 3xxxr but due to some reasons port 80 cannot be accessed and sadly xbox360 support page doesn't show how to configure this particular router model.
