My Xbox1 Console is Mute

Hello, My name is Adem and I own an xbox1 console which I enjoy using frequently. But recently my console has been experianceing a problem where all sounds is mute other than sound that comes out of the console itself. I called the xbox support team to try
to find a solution to the problem but we could not find one. We went through all the possible troubleshooting (i.e Checking HDMI connection and audio output settings, etc.) to the point of having to reset my xbox1 console. None of the possible troubleshooting
solutions were able to solve the problem with my xbox1 sound. I noticed that there is an emblem in the top right hand corner of my tv screen with a mute emblem beside the battery symbol (image included). The xbox support team informed me that I am the first
case the team has encountered with this problem. They are working hard to try to find a solution.

I hope the xbox support team can find a solution soon,

Xbox wont turn on my tv

I have a BUSH 42/333ART3D TV. I have Sky+HD connected to the TV, all controlled by my Xbox1. However the Xbox1 can't turn my TV. Volume up, down, mute & unmute all work OK. Toggle is set under Device power options. I brought the Xbox1 on the premise that
it would control my TV. Otherwise I would have got a PS4. Firmware is up to date for my TV. Kinect works OK. I can see the flashing lights with my phone. What more can I do. Xbox1 needs a patch for this. Also the OneGuide set up takes a long time to get my
TV to mute, 17 times to send the mute command to the Xbox1. Sometimes it works, getting me down. Please post a fix

 

My game won't download

Just bought my Xbox1 today. I downloaded and played a little bit of Skyrim. I took the game out and put in GTA5. My Xbox1 won't even recognize it. It still thinks Skyrim is in my console. I tried several other games. Same thing, Xbox1 won't even recognize
the disc is in there, still thinks Skyrim is in my console. HELP! So frustrated!
