    So my xbox is just not loading in games right. Also the microsoft store is not loading right. Multiple problems keep happening i just dont know where to go for help with these issues let alone how to explain them.

    I'm sorry to hear about your Xbox being stolen.

    Unfortunately, we wouldn't be able to track your consoles.

    What I do recommend is changing your Microsoft account password as soon as possible. By changing your password, any console that has your account on it, will need to re-sign in. This
    will protect you from anyone using your account without permission.

    Hey there HRSK43,

    Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on what to do in this instance. I can totally understand how this could be pretty discouraging. It seems to me to be a controller thing. I suggest trying the steps outlined here on our

    Xbox Wireless Controller Solution.

    Also make sure that the controller is clean. Sometimes dirt can get wedged in between the buttons

    When you get the chance, give them steps a shot and let us know if that helped.
