    my xbox won’t work


    ok so i dropped my xbox well i didn’t mean to drop it but like it fell of my dresser and like after that my xbox just froze so i tried to turn it off from the xbox but it made the sound but it was still on so i tried to do it form my controller it didn’t
    also work so i unplagged it form the back then after that i plugged it back in and now it just turns on and nothing shows up on the screen and then later on it just turns off by its self do yall know anything that can help like my parents just now got me this
    over a month ago and i dont want to get in trouble so please someone help me!!!

    I'm Samy an independent advisor. Welcome to the Xbox community. How are you?

    Follow this command and see if you can enter the troubleshooting screen. If you can get to the troubleshooting screen select ''reset'' and then keep the games and app. Before making the command, remove everything connected just leave the HDMI cable and the power cable.

    Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off. Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in.

    Press and hold the BIND button and the EJECT button, and then press the Xbox button on the console.

    Note The Xbox One S All-Digital Edition does not have an EJECT button. You can bring up the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter on this console by holding only the BIND button (steps 3 & 4) and then pressing the Xbox button.

    Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.

    Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.
