    My Xbox won't work with the Microsoft network.


    So I have an issue where my Xbox won't upload screenshot I take. More specifically, it will queue the shot for upload, then say uploaded it and then not actually do it. additionally trying to delete other previously uploaded shots from the network also doesn't work, I've checked the storage and that isn't the problem, I've tried restarting my Xbox and that didn't work. And Disconnecting and Reconnecting the wifi. I'm hoping I don't have to power cycle my Xbox to get around this.

    Some would be very nice.

    Hi, I hope you're doing well and safe out there. I'm an Independent Advisor and I’m happy to help you today.

    There are multiple reports regarding this so this can be a temporary issue on the server. There are no official announcements yet from Microsoft but you can also try some steps that can help us that might help:

    Kindly go to your Xbox Settings. Select Network Settings > Advanced Settings. Under Change Settings select Alternate MAC Address> select Clear. Allow the console to restart when prompted then try uploading your clips again.

    If that did not work, try changing your DNS. Go to Settings > Network > Advanced Settings > DNS settings > manual

    Primary DNS: 8.8.8.8

    Secondary DNS: 8.8.4.4

    then check again.

    Are you trying to log into a Microsoft account in the Playstation network? If so your Microsoft account won't work for the PSN only on the Xbox Network. Hope this helps.
