    Anyone know whats wrong here? I can receive messages on my consoles, but I can't send any. And when I go online to message people (like I used to before) this pops up:

    I've checked my reputation, signed on and off the website and console. I can receive messages from my friends, but I cannot view them online or respond via console. I have xbox live, and just recently renewed it. I don't know what my problem is????

    bought xbox gold online and won't work on console?

    I bought xbox gold for 3 months online for my son. I purchased it through his account in hopes there would be no errors/issues. I restarted the xbox. We logged out and logged in. It's not recognizing his gold membership. How do I get it to work?

    Issue with multiplayer online games wont wotk

    I've tried everything I know of But it restart my console but it still won't work I had this for a week. When ever I try to play online on games 2K16 it won't let me it says sorry our service is down. It won't let me play Xbox live on Xbox one.!!!!

    Yes, my gift card I bought is from my same country and region that I live in. The only problem is that when I redeemed it to my Microsoft account, it shows up on there. But it won't show up on my Xbox 360 console dashboard and I can only purchase my game add-on from the console (it somehow won't work on the online Xbox store website). So yeah, I need it to sync to my Xbox.
