    My xbox won't turn on


    I turned on my Xbox one and it said it needed an update, so I started the update and after a minute or so It said it needed to restart to update so it powered off and hasn't turned back on over the past three hours so I tried turning it back on and it won't turn on. What do I do?

    Hi,

    Sorry about that issue, but it sound like an hardware issue, if you already tried the troubleshooting, the last thing to try is another power supply ( if a friend has one… ) cause 90% of the case its an issue with the power supply not the console.

    i have this issue too...

    remove your power supply from the back of the console with power
    supply powered, wait some time and plug again and turn on you xbox, try this until work
