    My Xbox won't turn on.


    I have an original Xbox One. When I plug the power supply to the console the light changes color from orange to white several times and then stays orange until i turn on the xbox. When I do it the light becomes white but the xbox will eventually turn off
    after something like 15 seconds.

    I tried all the instructions in the xbox online support but they won't work. If I reset the power supply (and I don't plug the console) the light stays orange.

    The site says that if the light is intermitting the problem is the power supply, but my case is quite different because the led stays on but changes color.

    Does anybody know how can I solve this issue? Is the problem the console or the power supply? Thank you for your time.

    Hi,

    Sorry about that issue, but it sound like an hardware issue, if you already tried the troubleshooting, the last thing to try is another power supply ( if a friend has one… ) cause 90% of the case its an issue with the power supply not the console.

    remove your power supply from the back of the console with power
    supply powered, wait some time and plug again and turn on you xbox, try this until work
