My Xbox won’t turn on!

My xbox turns on but doesnt actually do anything all it does is display a message ‘Sorry, looks like our service isnt working right. To check xbox live service status, go to Xbox support’

ive had this issue for over 3 days now and its just infuriating! Ive contacted xbox support and all they said was the basic stuff like, turn off your console but that doesnt work.

they also said to remove my account but i cant do that as my xbox doesn’t work!

please someone help asap i really want to play fallout 76 but can’t because my xbox isnt working. I bought it three days ago and havent had the chance to play it

I need help bad with my xbox

so my Xbox turns on but doesn’t show on my tv and won’t connect to my controller and Won’t turn of from the power button like it turns on but then goes unresponsive and doesn’t show on my tv it just turns on and make noise this happens a lot but I usually
just restart it by un plugging it a couple times or holding down the home button a couple of times but the Xbox this time won’t work I haven checked all ports and cables and the power point the hdmi everything and it still won’t work

Hi,

first of all...did you perform a full power cycle?

Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

If yes, I suggest you to perform a factory reset

Thanks for the suggestion, but once again, i can’t use my xbox so i don’t know how i’d do a factory reset if i can’t use my xbox

Hello

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention here on the forums. Your quickest solution could possibly be to return to the retailer and see if they could exchange your console for another one. Also you could try and see if you are able to manually
access the Troubleshoot screen to Reset the Console to Factory Defaults.

Depending on how recently your Xbox One console was last updated, you may be able to perform an offline system update using the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter. To see if this option is available on your console, follow these steps:

Unplug the network cable if you're using a wired network connection.

Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.

Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in.

Press and hold the BIND button (located on the left side of the console) and the
EJECT button (located on the front of the console), and then press the
Xbox button on the console.

Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.

Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the
BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.

although i losy my game data my xbox is working fine.

I new i had to restore it to factory default but i just didnt know how to without using my xbox!

I tried doing a hard reset and it did not work. I’ve tried restarting both router and Xbox numerous times. Any network setting I try to set manually won’t go through. The MAC address won’t restart after it’s entered. The IP addresses won’t go to the next screen after entering the Gateway IP. What is left to try?

Update:

Now my Xbox won’t turn on. I hit the button, it’s lights up and it makes the noise but immediately turns off. I had to unplug the power source for it to turn back on.

Thanks for all the help Im going to get a new power brick because I tried reseting the power brick like that website showed me. All my outlets and stuff are working but thanks for that suggestion about my electric company, i didnt think of that. Thanks

Hi,

Is ur power supply stable? Check it on any other Power Dock. Also try hard reset( Instructions Manuel).
