    My Xbox won’t turn on at all


    Okay so it started about a months and a half ago, i turned my xbox off and then it wouldnt turn back on, i contacted support but they didnt really say what the problem was or how to fix it, so i just left it unplugged for a day and then it worked but i had
    to reset the console, then a week later it happened again starting with failure to load saved games, then when i would try to install a game it would say something like install stopped or something like that so i restarted the console, then the xbox wouldnt
    turn off from the restart to i powered it off fully and after that it happened again but then the xbox ran fine for a couple of weeks and now my xbox wont download anything, i cant start any games, it keeps saying “xbox home took to long to start” and now
    currently it wont turn on, it just black screens and i cant do anything

    would i need to send it to get repaired and if so how much might it cost, thank you

    If you have a warranty that hasn't expired on your Xbox yet you can return it to the seller and get a new one. But if your warranty (assuming you have one) expired, then you will either have to buy a new one or get your current one repaired sorry.

    Hey Tempz I,

    Sorry to hear about the controller not turning on. When you plugged the controller in with the micro USB cable were the batteries removed as well. Can you give that a go and leave it plugged in for a bit and check if the controller responds at all?

    Xbox One won’t accept my MAC address

    I tried doing a hard reset and it did not work. I’ve tried restarting both router and Xbox numerous times. Any network setting I try to set manually won’t go through. The MAC address won’t restart after it’s entered. The IP addresses won’t go to the next screen after entering the Gateway IP. What is left to try?

    Update:

    Now my Xbox won’t turn on. I hit the button, it’s lights up and it makes the noise but immediately turns off. I had to unplug the power source for it to turn back on.
