    My Xbox won't stream.


    My Xbox One S won't stream on any app(Console Companion, Mixer, Twitch) Ive contacted Xbox support multiple times with no luck. Ive gone through all basic trouble shooting steps. All my settings and privacy are set to allow streaming, i cleared the mac
    address, factory reset the console, renamed the xbox, reinstalled all the apps, disabled internet security, updated my pc, etc. The compainion app connects to my xbox and will connect when i try to stream, the onscreen controller will work but I get no image
    then it disconnects after 10 seconds with the message "unable to stream from this xbox try again later." Twitch and Mixer will connect and go live but my stream is a black screen. Xbox support chat are unable to figure it out, they put a request to have someone
    look into it but thats been a few days ago. Idk am I missing something?

    sorry to hear but for me, it sounds more like a network problem.

    o determine this, the first thing you should do is to stream directly from Xbox to Mixer with the smallest screen resolution.

    (Game streaming must be enabled in Settings.) Test for 2-5 minutes and then check the stream on Mixer. If that doesn't work, you probably need a better router.

    If that worked, you can adjust the quality piece by piece.

    And please connect your PC to an RJ45 cable. It is much better

    What are your PC specs? Also, try hard wiring both the laptop and the console to your modem instead of the router. It could be the router causing the issue.

    Is there a way to test if it's a hardware issue? The xbox is wired to my router, and my laptop is on WiFi.

    Maybe it’s because your profile isn’t as public and that’s why it doesn’t let you do it, look for the options to not disturb and appear as disconnected there you must activate in public
