    My xbox won't stay on. Please help!


    Today I was playing xbox and accidentally spilt a bit of milk in my xbox. My xbox stayed on for 45 minutes and then shut off and wouldn't turn on again. I un plugged and re plugged but the power brick would just blink white then orange and stay orange and
    not turn on. I thought maybe it was water damaged so I leaned it up and put it on a towel and a fan blowing in it to get rid of the milk for about 2-3 hours. I then plugged it all back in and let it sit for about 5-10 minutes. It turned back on for about 10
    minutes then shut off. I tired turning it on again but then it froze when it booted up and I tried again and stayed on for about 5 minutes. Any suggestions on what to do?

    Xbox controller sync problems

    My controllers won't stay sync to my Xbox. They disconnect randomly while I am playing a game and when they do, it disconnects me from Xbox live. This has been going on for a long time please help.

    Sorry to hear about your console. If it has liquid damage, and is not functioning now, then if bsilk89's suggestion doesn't work then you will likely need to request a repair. See this link

    Xbox Customer Support     to go over warranty details and what options are available for you.

    Thanks for reaching out to us today. I'd be happy to help.

    I want to clarify when the controller turns off do you mean the light on the Xbox button turns off completely, or does it disconnect and the light begins to flash?

    Based on the troubleshooting you tried, it seems the controller you received from Ebay may be transmitting a weak radio signal if it's disconnecting or has a hardware issue in the battery compartment.

    I would recommend starting off by hard resetting and
    power cycling     you Xbox. Follow that guide to perform a complete power cycle.

    Let us know if it turns off completely or just disconnects so we can narrow down the issue.
