    My Xbox wont restart properly after updating.


    Hi after completing the update my xbox tries to restart itself but all it does is turn itself off and the only way to get it back on again is to unplug it and start again but then i have to do the update again, causing the above to happen again meaning i
    cannot play online or complete the update due to this.

    i updated my xbox 360 it sayd restart your console after updating and then updating finished i restarted my console after i turned on it starts but i couldn’t see anything on the TV but i didn’t signed into xbox live !

    please help!

    • Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
    • Once your console is powered off, unplug the power cord.
    • Wait 5 minutes and then plug in your console.

    I spoke with phone support, but only idea was to do the restart thing which didn't work. They did however take my number down to pass along to the person who is working on the download issues. they said they would call back with in 24 hours,
