My xbox wont recognize game disc

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have an issue with disks playing. We recommend the guide for troubleshooting
problems with disk. There are many different reasons a disk doesn't work. One could be the hardware of the console, other could be disk damaged. There are many ways disk can be damaged scratched, cracked warped.

Hello Charlie,

This normally happens when a disc has scratch's on the back of the disc, and wont let the Xbox recognize the disc. If this is happening to every disc (different discs) then there might be a problem inside the xbox. -Josh

Hi, There has never been a disc drive app that tells you if the disc in the drive or not. If the drive recognizes a disc, then it will show, if it doesn't, then it wont. That is how it has always been.

Every time i introduced a monster hunter world disc on my console it would make strange noises and, stop trying to recognize it or read it very quick. But this wont happen with batttlefield 1, dark souls 3, gta5, or AC origins. I went to the store to change
the disc for "MH:W" and the results were the same or worst (game wont even be rocognized by the console)

No not the disc i tried two copies and even watchdogs wont get recognized but i have wolfenstein new order works perfectly and so do my games i have had for awhile tried everything i could think of or that i read.
