    My Xbox won't read my disc.


    So, I was going to play The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, I have it on disc, but when I put it into the console and launcher it, it returns me to the home screen and says "Do you own this game or app?" So I tired taking the game out and no result, I've also tried
    restarting the console but with no success. Do you have any suggestions?

    My Xbox won't read my disc

    Ever since the ui update my Xbox hasn't read most of my game disc until recently now it's mainly the division and the disc itself it almost perfect just one small scratch, and I need to finish my weekly to get my exotic.

    Plz help, my gt is

    My Xbox won't read my disc

    Check if other discs can be read from your console (like movie dvd or blue ray). I have to warn you though that even small scratches or smudges can make a disc unplayable

    Sorry you're having trouble. When you get a chance, please run through all the steps over on this
    Disc Drive Troubleshooter. Unfortunately if those steps are still not helping your issue, you'll need to set up a repair for your Xbox One.
