    My xbox wont open my battlefield 4. It opens and then sends me back to my home page.


    I have tried restarting my xbox, making my account my home xbox and opening it offline, and deleting and redownloading it. None of these have worked.

    Game crashing

    my fallout 4 sits on the loading screen for about a minute or so, then kicks me back to home page, I've power cycled, unplugged, deleted and re downloaded, even got off my xbox for a day, but nothing is working, it opens the game, but stays on loading screen.
    Can anyone help?

    Game won't open

    So Ihad just went into the Microsoft Store to buy PUBG. The game was downloading fine and nothing went wrong. When the xbox said it was ready to start, I tried to open it but it went to the loading screen then took me straight back to m y home page. I thought
    it just wasn't done downloading, so I waited for it to finish.The game finished downloading and I went to open it but it did the exact same thing as when I tried to open it the first time. I tried opening it from the my games and apps page and from the Microsoft
    Store and then from another account,but it didn't work. All my other games work perfectly, but PUBG won't. It just takes me to the loading screen and then send me back to the home page without telling me anything about an error or something like that. How
    do I fix it?

    Did you do a hard reset of the XBOX by holding down the power button? I usually do this after deleting and before re-installing the game/app that is kicking to the home screen.

    If it continues, it's possible you might have a corrupted profile and I would contact XBOX Support.

    I’m having the same problem. I made a club today and it was working fine. I did some other things on my xbox and went to check on my club and now i cant open it. I have it pinned to my home page but now its just a gray square that wont open.

    OK, so, I was just able to get my Xbox to update by hitting the try again button over again. However that still did not solve the black screen issue. The Xbox wont start up any game period. It just stays on the home screen when i try to open a game from
    there. Going to "my games and apps" still is not working and just sends me to a black screen until i hit the Xbox button and go back home. The only difference post update on xbox one is that i now can no longer launch any kind of app from the store. I used
    to be able to launch netflix and watch movies but it does not react at all to me pressing launch on anything. I used to be able to go to my movies from store but that no longer opens either.

    already tried that, as soon as i open it and go into the store page for back 4 blood it still tells me to "update" or "resume install", wont move from there. i clicked terminate, repair and reset, nothing worked.
