    my xbox won't load anything


    My xbox won't load anything, even the home page and it is extremely laggy. I have tried a hard restart and have even tried leaving it unplugged for hours and this still does nothing. Everything has worked perfectly for over 13 months (since i bought it)
    until thursday, its now saturday and i am still experiencing the same issue. can anyone help????

    Hi my Xbox one s is taking about half an hour to turn on (if it does) and when it does all it says is everything is taking too long to load any ideas ?

    Hey there -

    Sorry to hear about that. Since unplugging everything didn't help, I would recommend a full

    factory reset     of your Xbox One console. I know this is not ideal solution, especially if you have a lot of digital games installed, however it is the next best step to try.

    Before anything try this:

    1. Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.

    2. Wait 30 seconds, then plug the power cord back in.

    3. Press and hold the BIND (controller sync button located on the left side of the console or bottom right if a one S or one X) and the EJECT button and then just press the Xbox button on the console once.

    4. Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.

    5. Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.

    6. The console should power up and take you directly to the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter.

    7. To reset your console from the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter, use the D-pad and A button on your controller to select Reset this Xbox.

    9. When prompted, select Keep games and apps. This option will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps.
    I have just tried this a few seconds ago and I have an error that says: "System Error: E102 00000C12 80070002" and I have the following options: Restart this xbox or Troubleshoot
