My Xbox won't let the games update says there is a network issue, dunno what to do, please...

I ended up holding down the power button for two minutes and it ended up fixing the problem. Everything's updating again. Thank you n.n

What steps have you already tried? I suggest that you refresh or reset your router & modem. You can unplug them and wait for at least 5 minutes before turning them back on.

You can also power cycle your console. Press and hold Xbox's power button for 10 sec. Unplug the power supply for 30 sec. Plug it back in and turn it on again.

I'm having very similar issue - network settings says that I'm connected, but detailed network status says that I'm not. I can access the online store, and see which of my friends are online and what they are doing, but when trying to load into destiny,
I get a "no network connection" error, and the game won't start. I'm at a loss as to what to do, as I've tried all the troubleshooting steps on the xbox website, but still having issues.

My Son's xbox one console is having issues it worked just fine yesterday and now it won't let him send invites or get invites, play games, or see what his friends are saying it won't let him join parties. And this all started after the update and I had
to put his account back on his xbox as well.
