My Xbox won’t let me use a dlc

We understand that you're experiencing issues with your Xbox mic. I'll be happy to assist you with this.



Firstly, I would recommend checking if your Xbox Live subscription is still active. You can do this by signing-in to your Xbox account on the Microsoft website and checking your subscription status. If your subscription has expired, you may need to renew it to use your mic.



If your subscription is active, the next step would be to check your Xbox privacy settings. Sometimes, changes in your network settings can cause your privacy settings to reset. To check your privacy settings, follow these steps:



1. Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.

2. Go to System > Settings > Account > Privacy & online safety.

3. Select Xbox Live privacy.

4. Check that the "Communicate with voice and text" option is set to "Allow".



If the above steps do not resolve the issue, you can try resetting your Xbox console. To do this, follow these steps:



1. Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.

2. Go to System > Settings > System > Console info.

3. Select Reset console.

4. Choose the "Reset and keeps games and apps" option.



Please note that resetting your console will erase all data and settings, so make sure to back up any important data before proceeding.

Try using the mic on another device to see if it works.

I just tried un-install Re-install same issue, it will not accept Cloud Saves stating it is unavailable. I tried again without installing any DLC and it still won’t take. It also won’t let me use a USB Stick to save my data. I also tried delete the game saves myself to see if it will allow a save and it still won’t let me active auto save or allow me to save the game at all.

I also checked if I have any other profiles saved onto the game and I still cannot do anything regarding this.

I do that but once I do that the sacrifice dlc says “does not need to be installed” but it won’t let me play the dlc when I’m in the game it just has me open the 360 part to buy it again and that says free
