    My xbox won't let me switch the home xbox and I only have 1 switch left.


    My xbox won't let me play my own games because I am "offline" despite being online, it suggests I change my xbox home but I only have 1 switch left. My xbox isn't my home xbox because I'm game sharing with a friend. Is there anything I can do to be able to play my games or switch console, when I tried to switch it it took 5 minutes with no progress so I cancelled it but it stilled used a switch. Please help

    I'm sorry you're experiencing these issues.

    Please try the following steps:

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

    Remove your account from the console (You need to have your email address handy so that you can log in later).

    2. Press and hold the Power button on the front of your Xbox until the console turns off.

    3. Unplug the power cord from the back of your Xbox.

    4. Wait a minute, and then plug the power cord back in.

    5. Press the Power button on your Xbox to turn it back on.

    6. Log in to your account again.
