My Xbox won’t let me sign into my account.

First, try clearing the cache on your console:

1. Turn off the console by holding the power button for 10 seconds.

2. Unplug the power cable from the back.

3. Wait at least 10 seconds.

4. Plug the power cable back in.

5. Turn the console back on.

You might also want to try it on a different WiFi Network or mobile hotspot just to rule out if it's related to your internet provider.

I'm sorry you have this problem. Follow the instructions below for a solution.

Important Before trying the following solutions, make sure you can sign in to your Microsoft account online. To do this, go to account.microsoft.com, select Sign in, and enter your Microsoft account email address and new password.

Solutions
Press and hold the Xbox  button in the center of your Xbox controller to open the Home/Stop center.
Select Restart console.
Select Restart.
Once the console has restarted, try signing in again.

Step 1: Remove your account from the console
Press the Xbox  button to open the guide.
Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.
Select your account and confirm the operation.
Restart the console (see solution steps 1).

Step 2: Add your account back to the console
Press the Xbox Button  to open the guide.
Select Profile & system and then Add or change.
Select Add new.
Enter the email address and password for your Microsoft account.
Complete the personalization settings on the following screens.

Microsoft website? Does an error message appear when you attempt to sign in to the websites? If you are able to sign in to the websites
