    My Xbox won't let me sign in


    I'm having an issue with my xbox series X where when I click add new or sign in to an account it just loads with a white buffer circle, then a green one, then cancels it all together. I've tried restarting my router, resetting the xbox, clearing the cache, factory resetting and it still doesn't work. I've only had this thing for about a year now and I don't know what is going on.

    account.live.com without any issues?

    Hey there -

    What is the error message and/or code (XBOS-0000 or 0x00000000) that you are experiencing? Having that will help us better understand what the issue may be. That said, you can try holding down the power button for 10 seconds and signing back in and if that
    still doesn't work, the next thing I'd recommend trying is
    removing your Xbox Live profile     from your console and trying again.

    The problem still persists, it might just be an issue with the xbox itself at this point.

    I'm sorry it didn't work out.

    Please try the following steps:

    Go to your network settings and in advanced options change the DNS to primary 8.8.8.8 and secondary 8.8.4.4

    Remove your account from the console

    Press and hold the power button on the console until the Xbox turns off completely.

    When the indicator lights on the front panel of the Xbox turn off, unplug the power cord from the back of the Xbox.

    Wait at least 30 seconds.

    Reconnect the Xbox console and turn it back on.

    Re-enter your account and test if the error persists.

    I'm sorry you're experiencing these issues.

    Please try to test connecting your console to another network and check if the same problem occurs, you could configure your smartphone as a Mobile Hotspot and connect your console to that network.
