My Xbox won’t let me sign in and just shows a loading screnn

So earlier I tried to log in on to my Xbox as usual, when I signed in it took longer than normal but when I went into a game it said it can not connect me to the Xbox so I did the usual of turning it on and off and nothing was working so I decided to reset the console (Xbox series s)

So when it was done I tried logging back on the add new it just loads for a bit and then sends me back to the Home Screen

I’ve checked my Wi-Fi and it’s fine I tried signing in on my old Xbox as-well and the same problem occurred and I’m a bit confused on what’s happening

Hi, so yeah I’ve disconnected my router and also used a hotspot from my phone but it is still not working

My WI-FI is working on every other device in my house hold

I’ve Rebooted everything is there anything else I can try ?

Hi Morgan, I just want to confirm. May I know if you receive an error code when you try to sign in or just the loading screen appears indefinitely?

Morgan may I know if you tried disconnecting your internet router for about 4 minutes and then try to sign again?

Besides that, may I know if you tried using a different Wi-Fi connection? For example enabling a mobile hotspot if possible

It seems that the Xbox Cloud Gaming website (https://www.xbox.com/play) is experiencing issues, as I see that I'm encountering the same problem. When I open the website, it appears as follows:

However, it appears that this is only affecting that website, as you can still play without any issues in the cloud from the Xbox Game Pass app on mobile phones and from the Xbox app on Windows.

It's advisable to report the issue to Xbox through the following website:

https://support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status

On the left side of the website, please click the green "Report" button and fill in the requested information. This way, Xbox engineers will be aware of the problem with the Xbox Cloud Gaming website and can work to resolve it as soon as possible.

In the meantime, if you prefer, you can play in the cloud from the Xbox app on Windows or from the Xbox Game Pass app on your phone, as it seems that there are no issues with those methods.

I appreciate your understanding and hopefully they will solve the issue soon.
