    My xbox wont let me connect to the internet and i have xbox live gold


    Whenever i try to connect to the internet on my xbox one it says cannot connect to the dhcp server what shall i do?

    I have been trying to connect to xbox live all this morning, my internet connection is fine but it wont let me connect.

    Xbox wont connect to xbox live but, only since ive been on silver

    Well, ever since my xbox live ran out (today), my xbox will no longer connect to xbox live for me to be able to buy some more gold. I tested the connection for the xbox to the internet and everythings fine, sign my account back in and still wont connect.
    I thought maybe the problem lies with my silver account as it only happened today, so went onto the xbox website to buy a months worth of xbox gold and it says it finds a glitch in the system and wont let me purchase any gold, while the rest of the xbox website
    works fine. This is so frustrating considering i am scraping my money together just to try and get back on xbox live gold but the xbox wont even let me My xbox wont let me connect to the internet and i have xbox live gold :mad: never had this before in the previous 3/4 years of xbox gold membership. Please help me solve this problem

    Cant get an account because it wont let me connect...their was an error code and it wasnt recognisable ...sorry I'm new at this ...when it says to sign in it wont let me on the xbox...we have internet connection but not letting me connect to xbox live

    All of the games I bought and one game that “magically uninstalled on its own” are gone

    Sort of the same here. It wont let me play any of my purchased games, takes me to the store, says I have to be online to access the store. I am connected to the internet and yes my xbox gold membership is active.
