    My Xbox won’t launch my games


    When I launch black ops 4, it crashes and an error code pops up (0x97e107df). Ive went to look up the code but there are no support articles concerning it. If anyone has seen this before and/or knows how to fix this please let me know how, thankyou.

    According to Xbox support:

    "This may mean we’re having trouble checking usage rights."

    I would like to clarify, is this a disc game? If yes, make sure that the physical disc is inside of the console.

    If this is a digital game, please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check if you can see the game order for the game stated as "completed".

    Have you tried contacting support? https://beta.support.xbox.com/ I had a similar issue when trying to add my account back I had let it sit there and after a couple of minutes It finally loaded for me.
