    My Xbox won’t install or update games through network


    I have been trying to download games and some updates for others for a while now. Everytime i do it shows up in the queue but will shortly then say installation stopped. I have plenty of space on my xbox, and my network strength is good but it wont download.
    I have restarted my xbox multiple times, gone and did all the troubleshooting that was recommend but it still wont work. I dont know what to do next. Can anyone help me?

    I believe I had the same problem with my Xbox and I eventually solved this issue. What I did was instead of having a wireless connection to my router or even a wired connection to it. I connected my Xbox to my modem and so far it has solved the issue.

    No i havent got it fix yet. Still dont know whats going on. Even tried switching wifi to see if thats the problem, no luck.

    I’m having the same issue I have multiple add-ons that I’ve uninstalled themselves in Mortal Kombat X in Mortal Kombat 11 it says they’re installing and then they uninstall themselves immediately afterwards it says when I’m installing them that they are
    a wb games update Well showing the ad on icon saying they’ve been installed and then immediately goes back to needing to be installed again right afterwards

    Definaly tried that. They website wouldnt let me start a chat for this problem and just told me to go through all the troubleshooting i had already done.
