My xbox won't download warzone

It won’t let me download warzone 2.0 for free I just get the death spin and I play on original Xbox 1 I want play warzone 2

Yes sir I was trying to download from microsoft store. It simply stops downloading after few minutes and it doesn't giving me any error codes too

That's really strange, let's try another things: (if one doesn't work proceed with the next)

1. Go to Settings > System > Language and locale

Once there change temporarily your region to a different one, once your console restarts revert this change and give it a new try

2. If you're trying to download warzone to an external drive or you have an external hard drive connected please disconnect it temporarily and try downloading the game (if you only have the internal storage, please try removing things to free up space, make sure your console storage doesn't pass 90%)

3. This can be a bit odd, but please try using a different DNS address:

go to Settings > Network > Advanced Settings

Once you’re inside the Advanced Settings menu, go to DNS settings and select Manual from the list of available options.

When you get to the next screen, enter 8.8.8.8 in the box associated with the Primary DNS and 8.8.4.4 in the Secondary DNS box.

Once the default DNS addresses have been changed, restart your console and see if the issue has been resolved at the next console startup.

(If that doesn't work use 1.1.1.1 as primary and 1.0.0,1 as secondary)

4. Let's try cleaning your MAC address:

Go to Settings > Network > Advanced Settings > Alternate MAC Address

Select Clear, restart your console and give it a new try

5. Perform a factory reset for your console but keeping games and apps

Go to Settings > System > Console info > reset and then select reset and keep my games and apps

(You need to enter your profile(s) credentials. Make sure you know the email and password)

6. In case you didn't try it, could be nice perform an offline update for your console. In that way Xbox system will be installed from scratch.

**If you're using an insider / beta OS for your console please leave the program before trying that and go back to an stable OS version
