My xbox wont connect to the internet

    My xbox wont connect to the internet


    It has been 2 days now and I cant get my xbox to connect to my wifi. I have done all 6 steps the xbox provides to fix this and none of it works. Now I'm getting this message that says hardware problem and the error code is 0x0000000002000000. When I type
    this in to the code errors on the support site it says it doesn't exist. Some body please help I'm tired of fighting with this thing and I'm on the verge of selling it for scraps and putting the money towards a good PC.

    internet connection

    im connected to the internet via the cloud

    i can connect to the cloud on my xbox but from there it wont connect to the internet so it wont connect to xbox live either

    i can connect to the cloud via a password on my laptop fone and ipod but it doesnt ask for passwords on my xbox just simply wont connect
