    My Xbox won’t connect to internet. I already tried to clear the MAC address but when I try it won’t let me restart my Xbox. I already tried to do a factory reset and it still won’t let me restart. I need help

    there isn’t an active box. there are disable, allow, or deny boxes though. my xbox was connected to the internet fine then the xbox randomly turned itself off and it won’t connect. i’ve reset the wifi and everything.

    Hey Flamingochaos! The console may be having an issue with another device on the network. What error message do you get when trying to connect the console to the network? Are you using a wired or wireless connection? Post back and let us know!
