my xbox won't accept any of my payment options or let me use a code

for the past 13 hours I have been trying to get my info into my xbox so I can get my gold membership back but nothing is working. I deleted my account off of my xbox, hard reset it, and logged back in. still didn't work. now i can't even put in Gold cards
or put in my credit card info without it saying "this one isn't working. Contact your bank for more info.\n" or "something happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help" (i have been waiting for 7 1/2 hours) so if anyone can help, I would be grateful.

Account suspended because payment won't process

My account is suspended because of non payment. Problem is, it won't let me use any form of payment. It won't let me update it on the dashboard or the online site. Al I get is rerror meassages. I can't remove or even select a payment method. And I know
my card is good.

I get this code if I try to sign in on the xbox website to manage payment options.

One morning I woke up and it told me to update payment options, so i did but it didn't accept it and it won't let me manage them; (like remove, edit etc.).

It just tells me a have found a "glitch in the system" using the website, trying on the actual xbox gives me code: 80153003 and tells me "there's a problem with the xbox service"

Please help and don't send links to manage payment options because as i said it doesn't work. ps do you think I've been hacked/banned (if so why?)/my actual xbox hardware is faulty. Any solutions?

https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/contact-us as they are the only ones with full access to your account & billing info & they should be able to tell you if there's anything wrong.

It's possible you may have an outstanding balance that needs to be paid which they can help you with.
