    my xbox windows 10 recorder isnt workin anymore its greed out plz help


    so i was trying to make space on my hp stream notebook 14" HD display and realized that i deleted some folders that belonged to it to make it work but now i cant get the folders back and cant factory reset cuz of random space it
    needs even when it has all the space it needs but anyways could i get some help on how to get my xbox windows 10 recorder to work? because when i clicked on it the xbox recorder said that my pc didnt meet the hardware requirements which i dont know what requirements
    it needs so could i possibly get help on fixing the greyed out recorder & broadcat & the record that option on the xbox windows app? the one reason i need it is because im using it for my youtube gaming vids and i cant record them since the xbox recorder
    app isnt workin

    Thanks for the quick answer. Thing is, there really isnt anything about this in my inboxes. I bought the Xbox used, so could it be that I maybe just added a gamertag to an already existing profile which then isnt traceable anymore? Really weird and annoying
    this, also cant find any records about it when I search for it on EA or Windows/Xbox Live sites...

    Hi there,

    Like KillaKev mentions the gamertag is likely to be taken via a different service (like Zune) and therefor it isn't available for you to change your name to and why it's not active as gamertag on Xbox Live

    -

    Side note: please use a font that it's easy to read, using a bigger fontsize won't help in getting a answer any sooner

    and specifying a clear subject would help as well
