Discus and support my xbox will not reset back to factory defalt setting in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; i have tied many differant code including one from x box lt, r,t x, y, lb, rb and still nothing . it still has account , profile, and privacy...     my xbox will not reset back to factory defalt setting


    i have tied many differant code including one from x box lt, r,t x, y, lb, rb and still nothing . it still has account , profile, and privacy locked. i have deleled hard drive. any suggests.

    Teredo IP Address Fix?

    Greetings!

    If you haven't experience any problems in the past, regarding the Teredo mechanism, and that you've tried the basic steps, suchs as: Power cycle your networking Equipment, clear your consoles network settings back to factory defalts (Clear MAC address),
    run the Xbox One network diagnostic tool (Test Network Connection), then I would suggest a hard reset of your console, back to its default settings.

    If your account is locked then i'd suggest phoning support for your region to see if it's locked due to a billing issue

    restore to factory defalts on the aditional setings in config network and power cycell your router, if that dont help call support or check the support site-

    If a hard reset does not work, you may need to factory restore the xbox. (reset back to factory settings)
