1. Xbox app and Gaming services version?
   
   Xbox app > select Profile picture > Settings > About.
   
2. What troubleshooting steps have you done?
   
3. Was this working before?
   
4. Recent activity or changes made before the issue appeared?

So far, from the details you provided, you can try the following steps and let us know the result. You can just skip those you have done already.

Check your TV and HDMI connections

1. Press the Xbox button  on your controller to open the guide.
   
2. Select Profile & system > Settings > General > TV & display options.
   
3. Select Video fidelity & overscan.
   
4. Under Display, select HDMI.
   

Run the audio set-up tool.

1. Press the Xbox button  on your controller to open the guide.
   
2. Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Volume & audio output.
   
3. Select the Audio setup option under Advanced.
   
4. Highlight the audio setup option you wish to use and then press the A button  to begin the audio test.

Would you mind giving this a try?

• Press and hold your console's power button until it shuts down.
• Unplug the console's power cord for 5 minutes.
• Plug your console's power cord back in.
• Turn your console on and check if the issues persist.

If that doesn't work, I'd appreciate it if you could answer the following questions:

- To clarify, is this happening with both headset and speaker audio?

- Is your console's HDMI cable plugged directly into one of the HDMI ports on your TV?

- Have you already tried using a different HDMI cable?

- Could you go to Settings > General > TV & Display settings > Video fidelity & overscan, and let me know what "Overrides" is set to?

- Besides your TV/monitor, do you have any external devices plugged into your console?
