    My Xbox will not load and the screen is green ?


    my screen is frozen on a pure green screen . you cant access anything like at all . i have reset the TV and Xbox and that doesn't do anything. it mostly changes the color the xbox is frozen on. it is like over zoomed in at one part but it is gliching out and reshowing the message who is playing but it is all broken and looks funny .

    How do i fix this and be able to play again ?

    Xbox Fitness Won't load

    In my case, when I launch Xbox fitness it just goes to the green screen with "Xbox fitness" on it and the little green loading dots then it goes right back to the home screen without loading fully. It's been a while now and no solution yet from MS???

    My Xbox has been taking around 10 minutes to get to the green screen and then another 50 to take me to my dash board and then I can’t even play any games

    I have waited for about 2 hours now and my Xbox is still on the green loading screen

    Update This morning I turned it on and it just sits at the green xbox one screen. I tried the factory restore with no luck it still just sits at the green screen loading.
