    My Xbox will not let me sign into my live account


    when I try and sign into my live account my xbox 360 console will not let me download my account. I already tried to reset the password and Xbox numerous times but it won’t work, but when I sign in on other consoles it works. What do I do?

    I signed out of all xbox live accounts and I did a connection test on my xbox and it said everything was up and running so then I turned off my xbox and turned it back on and it let me sign into my Xbox live account

    What was that all about?
