i have an xbox one and xbox 360 when i got the xbox one my frends daughter ask me if she can use the xbox 360 seeing that i just got the one will as time went by she wonted the one so i let her use the one and i got the 369 back and i pay for the extras' thank you

Thanks Janet but i had a question if they do decide to appeal my ban will i need to have do anything with my email connected to my account or not? because i forgot the password and can’t access the email but i can still access my xbox account so do you think they will just let me go back to my account or do i need to do something before that

My Xbox live account isn't letting me sign in, if I delete it do I need to the code for live or will it still be there when I sign it back in?
