My xbox will not connect with xbox live

When I turn my xbox on the pins, my user name etc all appear but when I try to login into xbox live it keeps saying can't connect check password and network. I've tried re-adding my device on my network but my xbox refuses to be added. Is there anything
else I can try?

Hi mister, i'm not trying to play multi-player, i can't connect my xbox to xbox live service. when i test the connection, it doesn't connect to xbox live.. I don't know if it is a problem with my connection o with the xbox live services...
