My Xbox will connected to my network but not xboxlive.

So about a week ago i could seem to get on Xboxlive. I do a network check. It said Everything is good. Test multiplayer Everything is good. My nat type was is Moderate. All service are available. But when I click on connect to Xbox live. It dose nothing.
I try restarting my console. Full restart eveing unplug the power for awhile. Restart my modem. I know it not my internet as my laptop pone Ps4 all work fine. Game cant connected to the cloud witch ive been having problem with for months now. (The cloud) I
have to play all my games offline. But yet my xbox said everything fine.

I thought i post here beford calling Microsoft.

Xbox Live down???

My internet is running no problem but I'm not connected to xboxlive. I went to network settings and it says everything is good but I'm still not connected to Live (my screen is grey and to the right it says "connect to Xbox live").

I can see my friends online and they are playing games just fine. What's going on?

Do I need to be able to connect to Xboxlive from my 360 to play them? ..Cause I have an Xbox Live account but I don't have a network adapter for my 360 to connect to my wifi so my 360 isn't connected to the internet yet.

 

sign out of your profile then right back in , see if that clears it up...

and need to work on your NAT also (its NOT related to this but you should get it "open")

Hallo, i've been struggling to get my xbox live connected for the last 4 weeks everything is connected but when i sign in it still says connect to xbox live. I have signed in and out a couple of times and restarted everything including my router, the fault
is not with router as i have pc and ipad connected to it and it is working fine, when i test my connection the message i get is "your network is good, but there are some xbox service issues" and then "sorry there is a problem on our side" (4 weeks i got this
problem now and the one or 2 time i get connected i can't start or join a party" can someone assist please i am paying for a service that i do not have at the moment and it is very frustrating. My NAT type is open and all services are available.

 

Try removing your profile from the console completely then add it back to see if that makes a difference.

 

I did remove my account and now i want to add it again but it says " there was a problem, and we could not continue. (0x80a40019) try again later.

 

Now do a hard reset on your console. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
Once it is back up and operational try adding back your profile. Let us know. Good Luck!

 

just ran into this problem. Thanks for the help removing y profile and than putting it back on worked for me! Kind of annoying how it happened out of the blue though

 

So, today I've spent about 4-5 hours trying to get my xbox one to play any backwards compatible games...it doesn't seem to "get my xbox 360 info" and when I pull up the 360 guide it says I'm not signed in. I try to sign in and it tells me to test my connection.
My connection is all good. I've tried hard resets. Signing out...deleting my account...I've tried opening up the ports on my wifi. Nothing. Any suggestions? I can play xbox one games, just not 360..

 

Same issue: "All Services Are Available" with an OPEN NAT, yet unable to access any online content via games/netflix/ie etc.

Signing out and back in to my profile fixed the issue - good job Bimnog!

However, the issue has come up twice in 2 weeks, wondering why it keeps happening?

After raising subscription prices and connection problems I start to wonder whether I need this box.

 

@lLandol...if it keeps happening , you may want to delete your profile then redownload it to get a "fresh" version...

 

I think Xbox Live is offline atm.
