I was in a Black Ops 2 game-play, and in the middle of it, I got kicked out of the game and offline, and it brought me back to the main menu. But all of my other devices work just fine. I restarted my Xbox after several failed attempts of signing in, and
it let me sign in after one failure. I signed in, and started up Black Ops 2 again, and once again, it logged me off and said that I need to be connected to the internet, but my internet connection is perfectly fine. I have a dual band router with Comcast.
I've never encountered any problems with it. I got an Xbox Live error message that reads: "Your console can't connect to Xbox Live. Do you want to exit this session and test your network connection? If you are playing a game, you will lose any unsaved progress.

I clicked yes, that I want to check my internet connection. I tested my connection, and my wifi connected to the internet, but not to Xbox Live. Why am I having this problem? Did someone in the game do something to my account so that I can't play Black Ops
2? My Xbox account works perfectly fine until I get on black ops 2, and then it signs me off. PLEASE HELP ME.):

Xbox live

I'm not sure whats going on but once i sign in to my xbox everything is fine. when i play black ops 2 it signs me out and says there is a problem with my internet and connecting.. once i take out black ops 2 and/ or put in a diff game it signs me back in
to live. This is really pissing me off and im not sure why its doing this..

Every time i go onto a new game it signs me out then i have sign my self in again.. any help?? and also when im on black ops 2 when i change from multiplayer to zombies it does the same

It now allows me to play for short periods of time, and then randomly signs me off. When I restart my Xbox and try to log in again, it tells me that a problem occurred while signing in.

Same here, After the Black Ops 2 update, its been laggy and keeps signing me out. I have open NAT, but dont know how to resolve the "automatically signing me out"

Same is happening to me.

1. Reset Router

2. Turned Xbox One off completely, unplugged all wires, waited for brick light to turn off.

3. Set Xbox One/Xbox 360 ports to forward through firewall

4. Set Black Ops 2 ports to forward through firewall

5. Set Xbox One to a static IP address

6. Cleared Xbox One/Xbox 360 cached data

7. Uninstalled Black Ops 2

8. Reset router to default settings

9. Signed out of Xbox One, removed profile, launched BO2, went to 360 Dashboard, signed in, signed in on Xbox One Dashboard, re-downloaded Profile onto 360.

I have contacted support 3 times. No fix.

i've tried signing in with the 2nd controller once i'm in the 360 emulator but it will only allow me to sign in as a guest Xbox live account. If i try signing under my Xbox live account, it signs out of xbox live completely.

Almost the same problem happened with me. I have 2 Xboxes in the same house. If I was on mine and then the other one signed onto LIVE, it kicked me out of the game I was in and lagged me out of my party. After that, it was fine, but everytime the other Xbox
signed on, it would still lag me out.
