Hello people...

My Xbox was stolen the last summer, but I got a charge on my credit card for the renew of my gold membership... I have a few questions

How can I prevent new charges to my credit card?

Can the device be locked down with the serial number or MAC address?

Can I track the device?

Maybe you will say "the thief still have the rigth of privacy,.." but you must know that his rigth finish were the mine starts, he still have my device, my data, my games, and the worst, he is enjoying it by my wallet.

Can you help me?

If your console was stolen you need to be more concerned than your “home” console.

WHY ME

MY XBOX 360 WAS STOLEN AND I BEEN TRYING TO GET IT BACK FOR MONTHS THIS IS MY SECOND XBOX THAT WAS STOLEN.

You can't exactly lock down the console, but you can go here to remove your account from the console -
live.xbox.com/.../Protection Change the password to the account, and he won't be able to redownload and use your account.

Law enforcement can call support with the serial number etc and track it if it connects

Well this is my son's account. His Xbox was stolen and it seems no body could do anything for us. It seems that Xbox would have done something to be able to find these stolen devices.

Do you mean "track" as in it has gone missing/been stolen and you're trying to locate it?

If your console was stolen, definitely inform the police and give them the console's serial number.
