My Xbox username won’t update.

I paid to change my gamer tag but it won’t update in minecraft or fortnite. When I try to change it on those games, it takes me to the website to pay to change it again from my current username (that won’t load.)

The issue continues when I check my Xbox profile, and shows my old username. When I try to edit it, it says on the page that I change it on that I have my new username.

you have to use an epic account with fortnite so you would have to login to epic and change your name there. as for minecraft, no clue.

The username in question is “DrCloink”. Just won’t let me have it

I double checked, and I’m on the same account with same username, password, and gamer tag. My friends are the same. It shows up in my order history, but it won’t let me play it. It says it only works on an Xbox console, which I know it isn’t right since I have it on my laptop.

Hi do you mean switching your username? If that’s what you mean you can change your activision name you won’t lose anything
