    My Xbox Ultimate game pass perk not appearing in my game (Gems of War)


    Hi,

    I need some help trying to recover my Xbox Ultimate Perk for the game "Gems of War". I'm hoping you have a remedy. I see that this has been an issue with other games but did not see that a fix for this issue was posted.

    I redeemed the perk on my xbox pc beta app and then installed the game on my xbox one. When I started the game, the perks did not show up. The Shadow pack perk is in my order history and shows as redeemed on Aug 27th. I am using the same account for my xbox
    one and my xbox pc app.

    I have uninstalled and installed the game, but that did not fix it. Is there a fix?

    Can redeem for apple tv perks as it states it's only available in the US

    Hi. I have tried using different devices and networks and still have the same issue. According to the advert this perk is available in the UK and appears on my perks page via my ultimate game pass. All other perks on the page works.

    First, welcome to the Xbox community. It is not appearing to you in the perks as it is not a current perk for subscribers, from time to time perks change and at the moment the discord nitro is not part of the perks for ultimate game pass subscribers.

    Please check for Xbox updates. Go to Settings > System > Updates > Update console.

    And then check your subscription status. Kindly verify that your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription is active and in good standing. Go to https://account.microsoft.com>; Services and subscription.
